My friends account (Raavn) got hacked by another person and I would like some advice on how to get it back. We found out who it is but he demands money. A lot, so what I want is some advice on how to get it back. He sent Raavn an Email saying 'I have your minecraft account. I demand 325£ to my paypal account we will talk if u agree. I need money.' I find this very stupid and (Excuse me for my language) -snip-. This is a screenshot of the Email 'http://prntscr.com/82394h' Please can someone help him?

Wow that is actually really sad ;( sorry to hear, go on minecraft.net and say forgot password? I don't know but I hope everything turns out well and he gets his account back.

Email "[email protected]" with your transaction ID that came via email when the account was purchased. If you don't have access to that email, give Mojang a shout for some additional help. We don't have access to your account, therefore we can't help.
