UHC Essentials Bannable

Hello, I am Spencer, of Ascend. I have been playing MCGamer sense around early 2013 (on other accounts, never have been banned.) So recently, as some of you may know, BeatatoCraft or Beatsolos has been banned on the MCGamer Network. Why? For using UHC Essentials.

Now honestly, I think it is really dumb to make UHC Essentials bannable because we allow bspkrscore, which includes ArmorStatus HUD, Direction HUD, and Potion Status HUD. Now, UHC Essentials, it is basically the same thing as all of those mods. It has an arrow counter and a compass which are two essentials in bspkrscore.

UHC Essentials shows your fps, your coords, and what biome you are in, those things don't give much of an advantage except you don't have to press a button. And, it doesn't even show your potion effects. Also, it does add the fullbright feature but it isn't to much of an advantage either becausemit only add better brightness. I keep my brightness on 100% and it is just like using fullbright. So it isn't really an advantage, even if your Brightness is on Moody on Moonbase 9, you just can't see peoples names, it isn't much of an advantage at all.

So, in conclusion, I believe that UHC Essentials should not be a bannable mod, we allow bspkrscore so why shouldn't UHC Essentials be allowed.

UHC and bspkrs are the same but UHC is meant for UHC not SG and bspkrs is meant for anything.
