Lag Help in Surviva Games

I don't know why but whenever I play Survival Games I can't open chests or hit people after grace period has ended. People can't hit me or apparently see me either. Please help!

When you join are you already in game? If so, it means you are a spectator. In order to play thr games, you should start in a lobby

There is no Grace Period :|
