Reporting with Screenshots

When I try to report someone, I can't find the "upload a file" button. Could someone please help me? Thanks

And no I do not have imgur and won't ever have one

Usually I screen shot the screen shot with a thing called Gyazo.

There is no upload file button. The only way is to upload the picture to a website such as Imgur or Photobucket then copying the link into the thing that looks like this

when posting a message.

Edit: Apparently there is an upload file button, I've just never seen it.
