Hey, I don't know you but I can see you are aware of your 'anger issues' etc and that is a good thing c: and yeah the teenage hormonal thing can play a part in it (everything seems bigger than what it really is). You had the balls to write it all down in a public forum and apologise, that takes courage and maturity.
When I feel the way you do, I just go do something to distract those feelings, it's best to just walk away from your pc for a bit and get some perspective, have a laugh any way you can and practice thinking before you speak, I had to learn that the hard way.
