Need my brother's account banned temporarily

I need a mod to ban Sliether (my brother) and give the reason of ban as, "nice try".
If possible, can you ban him off of us servers only?

Personal reasons.
My younger brother is using my older brothers account to play on Sg and is not supposed to play on sg. I need Sliether banned on Us only (if you can) so my older brother can still play on Eu like him and I normally do.

P.s: Older means older than my younger brother. Not older than me.

He is the 1st brother, the younger is the 2nd brother and the youngest is the 3rd brother. The 1st brother needs the mods to ban the 2nd brother from US servers because the 3rd brother who is not allowed to play uses the 2nd brother's account for playing on US. The 1st and the 2nd plays in EU and they are allowed to play.

Wow, that was worded strangely. Anyways, can't you just change the password for the account or tell him to stop going on the servers? I'm not sure if you can ban an account from only one region...

Change passwords for the account, also we cannot ban for certain regions.

Also, we won't ban for "personal reasons" for your own kicks. When we ban it's a process of reviewing evidence and deciding on the appropriate time scale of the ban, not just ban because we feel like we should or someone asked us to ban for personal reasons. #locked
