Mooman, I believe you argument is invalid seeing that the i5 3570K can overclock to probably 4.8Ghz no problem and your CPU and overclock to about 4.3 Ghz.

You guys don't know what you're talking about. The processor is depending on what you are going to be doing. If you're doing single core performances (in this case not) you want to be looking at intel. If you want to do multitaskng, multi core performaces, go with AMD my recommendation is the AMD FX-6300 6 core processor. You don't choose intel cause it's more expensive or you're own opinion, USE THE INTERNET OR BOOKS. THAT'S HOW YOU FIND INFORMATION. If you want to be doing things such as crysis, skyrim, bioshock infininte, metro last light, etc. Go with intel in these cases. If you're going to do basic games such as Mineraft, league of legends, Far cry 3. Go with AMD. and for the graphics, go with nvidia if you want high end things. AMD for mid-range, and entry level Intel. So there you guys have it, the truth behind each item and not blurting out INTEL or AMD!!! or a stupid reason why like because of damn cats. bunnies cats, my cat went on my $150 RAM so i beat the Good out of it.
