Hackers on AU

Since the point glitch on AU servers there has been a great increase in hackers, would it be possible to have cleansweep on AU as soon as possible because there are very few mods on to ban the hackers and it is becoming very annoying.

It is still on the AU servers, therefore it concerns the AU community.

Although 90% of the turkish on AU servers are indeed hacking.

Tomorrow is the last day of the EU Cleansweep. After that there will be a AU Cleansweep very soon! So get ready

If you read the update thread posted by Devin. The points system is going to be reset 'very soon'. This is going to send all those hackers and players that came to AU to get points back to there own regions. Just wait it out, a Cleansweep isn't necessary.

On a side note I used to run the AU Cleansweep and only 2-3 community members showed up each session. Why ask for a Cleansweep if your not going to get involved..

We're hoping to do a cleansweep soon. It'll be under KitMencha 's wing We've definitely noticed the increase in hackers since the point glitch. There was one 2 hour span one night where I got around 30 of them...

Let's all take this as a lesson - this is why we do not abuse point glitches!

I have only recently been spending a significant amount of time on the forums so I was unaware of the cleansweeps. Furthermore with the new website it isn't easiest to see forum posts by Staff members anymore as it is quite a small portion for the site.

You're alright man. It was a few months back. All Cleansweep threads are added to the News and Announcement section on the forums to be sure to check there.
Fun fact - With the last AU Cleansweep, the trash talking filter was introduced because of how bad the sportsmanship of AU was specifically. Hopefully the next AU Cleansweep has good outcomes

We understand that since the point glitch originated in AU, it has brought a bunch of point hungry hackers. This is why we have upgraded our AntiCheat and are starting an AU Cleansweep. I am going to go ahead and lock this thread, since we're aware of this issue and working on it
