What does it ban for? Just wondering bc people can probably still bypass.

Thanks Col_StaR for this <33333
Our anti-cheat now permanently bans players if they are detected for using a hacked client, more specifically kill aura.

Now before you start wondering "Hey, how do you know these bans aren't unfair???". The developers have created this system, of course. And they know exactly how the system can be triggered. They have tried to do so multiple times on a Vanilla client, by replicating situations that could create the same effect as kill aura, for example lagging hardcore, and forcing hits in a way or with a certain speed which could be considered and triggered as a hacked client. But they never got banned for it. The system is made that way that whenever it gets triggered and bans a player for Detected use of a hacked client, we can be certain that the player was hacking. If you're playing on a Vanilla client, there's no worry of getting banned by the system. Only if you're hacking.

EDIT: if they have alternate accounts, they can bypass yes. But they'll continue to get banned if they continue to hack.

What if your cps his high? Like what if you scrape click?

Obviously we can't give you too much information about how the system works. Afterall, it would be a shame if someone were to use that information to find a work-around that would allow them to hack, wouldn't it?

Rest assured that our tests have shown a minimal rate of false positives with a number of clients and regions. However, if you can replicate a scenario that consistently results in a false positive result, please do tell us so that we can further improve our system.

...
but it bans people before they've even like done PvP it bans them when u join the server like idek
That's one of the more sophisticated layers of the anti-cheat in action. I can safely say that those bans have a 100% success rate, since it removes the ambiguities of ingame tests and instead tests for a number of other, non-game characteristics.

I meant hack and not get banned. Like I'm pretty sure some spooky clients could bypass this unless it's like the kohi or badlion anticheat.

All I can say is that I assure you that lag does not set off false detections anymore. Yesterday during testing I was lagging to hell, and getting some suspicious hits, and wasn't banned so looks like we have one heck of an accurate anticheat :)

Does it do autoclicker detection yet? That should be a priority, as it is very common.
