I'd rather say sorry for something that could potentially not be my fault rather than be hated for doing it in the first place. Anyway, I'm not causing problems. That's what I was going for. I see what you mean by that, though.

I highly doubt bad members will fix themselves. This is a place where there's no motivation to be nice, and the rules on being nasty are lax.

Here's a list of all the rules that are barely enforced at all.

1. Respect all staff members and their decisions
Many players hate the staff for no reason.
2. Do not disrespect or harass other members
Welp this rule is nonexistent
3. Do not use derogatory or profane language
Not as common, but lots of players have been called "noobs" xD
4. Do not discriminate other members
A lot of stereotypes are based around Turks.
5. Do not spam
/v 2 /v 2 /v 2 /v 2
8. Do not start argue/flame wars
Is this enforced at all? No.
11. Do not mislead people
/hub stats and the other hundreds of ways to lie to innocent players.
14. Do not start drama
Hmm. Pretty sure this rule has been ignored as well.
18. You may not control more than one account on a server at one time unless directly given permission by a member of the Sr. Staff.
Even YouTubers blatantly admit they have alts...
22. Most importantly, have fun.

Well that's not too many rules. In fact, that's only... oh, that's over a third of the general rules. I hope that the meaningless ones are removed and replaced with ones that help us as a whole community.

Pls most of the people on these forums have been in this community for a while, and have some decent reasoning.

That means that at one point you can't have 2 accounts on the server at once that you are controlling.

Having fun is entire possible, if they kill all the 3-4 teams, get a decent anti cheat like AntiSkid or if they tweak anticheat, and give us good maps again.

xD In my opinion, hell no.

The community won't fix itself, and some mods have the delusion that they are handling the situation well. Right now I keep my chat off to keep myself from being verbally abused, but since the devs prioritize fixing broken, crappy gamemodes nobody plays over, I don't know, adding /CHAT OFF, I don't have much faith in the devs fixing it either. They tried adding a trash talk filter, but it doesn't work, of course.

You could argue that I'm not doing MY job, but as a person who says "sorry" after a deathmatch cleanup, I don't think it's me making matters worse. If no one on the staff team steps up and implements new rules and actually enforces them, then this community will be on an exponential decline until nobody wants to play anymore.

Yeah, why do the devs work on these gamemodes? Honestly give me like 20 people that play these gamemodes multiple times and actually try to win? It seems like we need to prioritize UHC, QQ, and SG, simply because most players come for that, and most people leave because of it.

Recently I've played around, 5 or 6 games of mcsg and won one of these, partially because of the players on MCSG. Not because they're good players. Because they're absolute community ruiners. So. I join a game of SG4 and a guy gets two spawn chests, full iron but gold leggins, and a stone sword. For no absolute reason he targets me for 6 straight minutes. I started to get a bit more stacked.. Got a diamond sword and iron leggings only. He starts chasing me for another 2 minutes. This player was a Platinum Donor. He was turkish, and very surprisingly was HACKING. Not going to lie, I legit smashed my headphones after that game.

Next game, a team of two hackers. Kill them both and take out a cleanup. Fine game.
Next, a person who I knew "TheHazeHD" he decides to target me for 3 straight minutes. Running past 3 routes, 4 players, when I had no armour or weapon... After he kills me. He starts to trash talk me.
The staff are doing their job, but the players need to do theirs. I've already reported him to the staff members and they're looking into it. People who target for this long don't seem to think it's that bad.. But look on the other person's side, getting targeted for 6 minutes. For these type of people who then blame the staff, it's not their fault, it's ours. If you see one of these type of toxical players who trash talk. Just report them and take screenshots.

Sorry for my little rant, just passing along a point.

I agree. I also think they need to change the definition of targeting here. Right now it's someone following you and killing you on the course of multiple games but they need to change it.
