the title says it all.
It was fun while it lasted, but i accomplished my goal of getting a map added which they them seemed to stuff up by it accidentally getting removed/glitched out from rotations.
thanks GibbyMC for getting me into this game I had such fun on it... but the new update kinda ruined it for me if im honest.
I used to have a huge pile of screenies that documented my time on MCSG and i really wanted to put them together as a story but i accidentally deleted my .mc folder so that idea was crushed. but here goes.
Nostalgia time:
Here is the first ever map i made, it was called henben city and I made it before I'd ever even played MCSG so I didn't know what I was doing. Fun fact: it never used to even have a dome around it, it was just some oddly made 3 wide fencepost walls. the lag was insane until i got rid of them

Secondly, about a year later I tried again with Wairau, which was the map that formed highfield pretty much

after this i realised what i had in wairau was a good idea but i'd executed it poorly, so i copied the theme and a few of the buildings and completely restarted with highfield. when building my biggest inspiration was xbayani, and you can see that in quite a few of the buildings in the town. the link to highfield is in my description.
Lastly I also built a quarter quell map called the swamps of time which im kinda sad never got added but in hindsight like none of the finished maps are quarter quell so what was i thinking. fun fact: it took me like 2 weeks and it was probably the most fun build ive ever done

Too all that i have met over the past couple of years its been fun talking to you. Lastly heres a few screenshots I salvaged off my PC that i like
My first ever game on highfield, seeing my map and that name come up was really something special
Winning that first ever game. Yes I am on fire with 1/2 a heart but who cares i did it.
Seeing highfield come up in the rotation and haing 30 votes for it. 10 were probably us but its still cool
Logging on and seeing my pretty purple nametag for the first time
Gibby and my spot above the boards, the joys of having /fly
lastly shoutout to AlpakaWhacker for like never even replying to my message from 6 months ago about if the map was overpowered or not. I took your silence as "its fine"
