Well.. As i have seen various videos on Youtube with him boosting and hacking, I came to a conclussion that he was perma banned.

Yep, there is in fact a point glitch. As long as you don't abuse it you'll be fine but there's nothing wrong with getting insane amounts of points from killing others

As previous users have states, there is and don't abuse it, if you just play SG normally and happen to kill players that have these insane points, you're not in any trouble so don't worry
