Alright, so having to be a member of the MCGamer Network for quite some time, it saddens me to see where the community has grown to its current state. By creating this thread I do not mean to offend anyone in any way and I've decided to create this thread to inform the community members who are not aware of a couple of issues.
First of all, people should not expect the staff team to do everything by themselves, and what I mean by that is pretty much everyone needs to be respectful towards each other in any platform, simply because this is only a game and flame shouldn't be started over pathetic in-game things like deaths or teaming between the community members. Some issues can easily be resolved, for an example, teaming. I think that if we had strict teaming rules, the community would enjoy playing more without dealing with as much stress and rage would be concealed in a better manner where it wouldn't start as much flame. I'd say if we had around 100 servers available on any of the regions (doesn't really matter) we would have 50 of those servers as strict Free For All servers and the other 50 where you would be allowed to team at any time and in any number since some YouTubers or streamers do enjoy having a bit of banter with their viewers (which is completely understandable).
Secondly, the hacker issue on the MCGamer Network cannot be controlled nor resolved only by the MCGamer Network Staff Team. To get over this issue we all need to work together as a whole rather than lying around on our asses waiting for things to get better, where in this case, it actually won't, as quoted here “In teamwork, silence isn’t golden, it’s deadly.” by Mark Sanborn. Blaming the hacker issue on the staff team just adds stress onto the staff team and it makes them irritable, and then they become hesitant if they'd actually would like to continue receiving hate over a rank which is supposed to help the community and servers out. If you do think that a specific member of staff is not doing their job then feel free to message a Sr. Staff member about it and they will deal with them rather than complain about them not doing their job which would not get you anywhere.
We all need to contribute our time and effort into striving to create a better community, relying on other people will not help what so ever. I highly encourage you guys to actually start participating in the clean sweeps hosted by the MCGamer staff team, or you could create your own clean sweeps simply by gathering some friends and going into games to spectate if there are any hackers or rule breakers that need to be dealt with. Then you can actually start seeing the difference that the community made and I assure you if everyone just tries to contribute time and effort in dealing with the rule breakers, MCGamer will return once again to become a triumphant server and regain the fun and enjoyable server that it once was.
