Well I quess not

I've gotten banned for flaming in chat
emm, okay, how could I dispute this with MC Gamer staff when sometimes they seem like they dont even care about the players. How many times have I gotten abused on the server and no one ever got banned? I go tryharding on reports and try to make MCSG a better place for everyone, I make threads about teaming and they get locked like they dont even care that everyone is going mad about teams. How wouldnt I rage, last 25 games I've played everyone was teamed boosting they'r stats. How can I do something about it? When no one listens? Got banned for abuse? Abuse of whom or what? We are the ones trying to make this server better and you ban me for a rage msg in chat? Wow, I ques this just isnt for me.

Sharing ban information is definitely not a good idea if you are applying for a Moderator position, as well as questioning the staff team. I will not give my personal opinion on the situation due to it not being required, though I suggest you file a ban dispute if you believe that this ban was a mistake. Things like this are hard to respond to from a staff point of view. Playing SG is frustrating, and running into all these immature people makes things even harder. It's really a pain, and for some people this may be hard (myself included) but just try to restrain yourself because sometimes people getting away with breaking the rules can get others banned because of those people getting angry of them getting away with it. I'm not going to lie, our moderators make mistakes as well and I'm sorry that what happened had to happen.

Post a ban dispute if you believe your ban was not fair. I assume that if you explain the whole situation and elaborate on the fact that you are certainly sorry and will not do this again your chances of being unbanned may possibly be higher (please don't get mad at me I am not staff and I don't know how it works). Good luck with your ban dispute TheRealHumanFinn, I know how hard it is to stay calm when stuff like you said gets to you. Thing is, these people usually provoke others having a hard time, just so they can screenshot them raging and get them banned. If you get unbanned, don't ever give them that satisfaction again. Try reverse psychology (being sickeningly nice), sometimes it shuts them up because they don't have any where to go with it and sometimes it makes them mad, either way it's less stressful for you.
