Hello, and welcome to my Minecraft Survival Games Story! Grab yo' popcorn boi, this gon' be a long one.
I started MCSG a while back, believe it or not, I'm an oldie. I was under the name of ImPukingKittens, which I shared with another friend. We were close friends, from our 5th grade class, and we biked to each others houses everyday to play MCSG. 2012 was a blast, I played SG 1, and then SG2 came along. We learned how to download maps and look for chests on a survival world. We were inspired by CaptianSparklez to start playing the Hunger Crafts. My friend eventually got his own account, where we now could play together! We were so exited! We got our home phones on speaker and talked and played until 10 at night. My best memory was when we played Fallen Empire, and with 2 other friends we made it to deathmatch. Instead of making a diamond sword, I made "Betty" and got destroyed by another player. My friend won it, and it was his first won game. I was so jealous, and I wanted to win games too. Every morning I got up and played on the PMC servers, and tried to win games. Back then, you had to get on the website to find the games, and I disregarded all servers except the PMC servers. I eventually won my first game, on this map that was pure lava, and had iron block bridges. (Not Demon's Breeze) Can't really think of the maps name, but it's not on the servers anymore sadly. In the beginning of 6th grade, I started to watch ThatOneTomahawk, and other youtubers who made SG content. I studied their playing style, and tried to be like them. I adapted block hitting, and the fishing rod. This is where I started to pile up games. By the end of that month, I became 15/808, (originally starting 1/706). I played more and more with that same friend, up until the summer of 2013. We both started making youtube videos together, and played Survival Games more and more. In the Summer of 2013, I quit MCSG for Call of Duty.
When I returned, I was amazed by the evolution of the community. They had the side bars, with the time, date, and players remaining. I came back a noob, and lost all of my skill. My stats plummeted to 15/1500. But hey, I don't care, I was having the time of my life. I played MCSG frequently, buying Iron Donor after Iron Donor. MCSG was a blast. I finally got a stats reset and tried to fix up my stats. I went 2/6 and try-harder the small servers. I wasn't really known, even though I played on these servers for hours each day. At the beginning of 2014, I started to get into a lot of sports, where I actually went to the Junior Olympics for my Water Polo division. I was more dedicated to sports, and eventually grew apart from MCSG. Every day, I played a bit less, and became more and more uninterested of Minecraft. Eventually, I quit Minecraft, took up Call of Duty again, and started to play more sports. When I got back into school, I was an A student, unlike I was before, and was doing really well in life. In January of 2015, I picked MCSG back up again. I started off as a total noob, not playing for half of a year. I worked my way back up, and now I could say I'm pretty good at PvP. I joined a couple clans here and there, but wasn't having as much fun as I used too. I decided to leave my old friends behind and create a new persona. (I know that sounds mean, but they weren't true friends. They just tried to use me to boost their stats.) On May 31, 2015, I created a new me. SharkyFin. I created that name because my name's Finnegan (I come from an Irish decent), and my favorite animal's a shark. Hey, they fit, why not? Now, I'm having the time of my life. I went from a .47 ratio to a .01. But stat's aren't my goal anymore. I want to be a helpful member of the community. And that's all I want. That's my purpose here. Not to be #1 on the leaderboards or anything like that. I just like to help. The story lies unfinished, but it's all caught up to now. Thanks to everyone who read this! <3
And I met this chill guy called Jeffrey, who recommend me Owari no Seraph which I am in love with.
