Nvidia Graphics Card Settings

So recently I've been messing around with a couple of Nvidia settings for the best performance on my computer. I was wondering if anyone with this graphics card had some really GOOD settings for performance. List your settings providing a screenshot below

tbh this isn't the place to ask, but even if you change the settings you will maybe get a max 5-10 fps boost.
