Lets do a check-in on our new Gamemode

So as of right now, 11:11 am EDT, here is the current activity of US UHC Worlds.

I'm here to prove a point, not to bash MCGamer. You guys are making these gamemodes, and simply not advertising them. I haven't seen one streamer or youtuber to a video on UHC Worlds, I haven't seen one game played since the release day.

Heck, I'm still top 25, and I played 3 games TOTAL!

MCSG needs to give this recognition. What happened to that AntVenom thing? When MCSG and AntVenom merged, I heard a few words saying AntVenom would stream on MCSG. I don't see that. I don't know what to say, or what to do, except for, "Do something."

Yea, I think MCSG should do more advertising and build up hype on a new game mode before they release it. But to be fair, most of mcsg's players are geared more towards survival games anyways.

I feel if the bigger players/youtubers/streamers played it, it could bring new people to play it, or have people to try it.

Most players leads to SG and not other game types i also wanna say Thawing Time (DD Map) hasn't been accepted and it has taken like 5 months or something since it got accepted ????

Another good point, in a network so focused around Survival Games, it's hard to bring attraction to other gamemodes. From a personal standpoint I don't know what to come up with that would solve this problem of underplayed gamemodes, besides spending time sweeping through old ones and revamping the ones we will keep because of the fact that they have the possibility to attract players.

Most likely because it's not traditional UHC. I mean, you saw the threads asking for UHC, we can't explain why nobody's playing it, besides the fact that it's a bit buggy.

No one plays most of the gamemodes to be honest. It's a bit unfortunate.

MCSG has a lot of really underplayed gamemodes whos existence simply wastes money for RAM and server storage. I think they don't all need to stay.

Wether or not it is played, it needs to be there. MCSG is typically ranked as one of the most popular Minecraft servers out there. And sometimes when people lose 3 times in a row or just get bored, they want to play a different gamemode whilst staying on the same server.

Lots of game modes on the MCSG servers are there as a "plan B". However, I see where you are coming from and I to agree that UHC should be played more than it currently is being played. But we can't force people can we. People will do what they want, thats the way it is and always will be.
