Excellent Map Idea-Need Help Building

Yeah, plus we were inspired by the same thing... It's almost 2 weird... DOPPLEGANGER?

I think the very weirdest thing is that this scary coincidence came from scary thoughts

I started on an idea for the map before you said we should work together...whoops.

EDIT: How do you feel about the "giant drop into water in the cornucopia room" becoming "the hole that looks like it would be the cornucopia but is actually fatal and kills 1/2 the people instantly when the real cornucopia is actually just down 1 floor" idea I just came up with?

Not bad, but... we need someone to get a server up for us to work on it! Plus, we could use a few more builders, especially terraformers

Nope. I have a friend who occasionally hosts servers, but it's too laggy for reliability. I'm lining the roof with little roof-like walls. Also, the hotel (or at least my idea of it) is going to be sprawling and maze-like, so seeing the sides of it, where extra hallways with no rhyme or reason will be extending out in an aesthetically awkward fashion, might not be the best idea in the end.

Why do you think I stopped trying to build it on my own? I can make it fun to play, but no one wants to pick up the apple that's mushy and browning, no matter how good it might taste. Visual aspect is, in fact, more than key.

Of course visual aspect is key. It has to be sexy. However, it doesn't have to look good on the exterior if it is a contained building. As long as the interior (the part you can see, and the part that will be advertised) is ornate and impressive, it will be more than good enough. Take Solar Frost, a fully contained ice cave map. That exterior is pretty awful, but it's okay because it's not advertised and players can never access it.
