This is a pretty violent anime but it's my favorite. It's called Fullmetal Alchemist! If you're feel like watching a violent one, FMAB is the way to go!
Concerning non-violent animes, I suggest ToraDora & Golden Time <3

Oh and also. While it's displayed very differently, Chihayafuru is a good action-ish anime. It's about a card game. And I know what you're thinking.. " A card game? That's boring." Nah. It's really suspenseful.

For adventure I mean..one piece but people r like scared of 692 episodes I guess (Im rewatching it lol) And other animes I liked when I first started watching were ; Soul Eater, SAO, Akame Ga kill, guilty crown, blue exorcist( Ao no exorcist) and RECENTALLY I've watched the Fate/series which is good (I started with Fate/zero) And I mean naruto and bleach are pretty good (For me at least I really like marothoning), and for romance ones there's Your lie in April, Golden time, torodora, and uh I think HxH is adventure
