Alright, so I’ve posted this in the Community Corner as it doesn’t really fit into one particular game mode, I would also appreciate some feedback from the community.
Let’s start with the Forums.
Make a rule against Micro-posting.
Why you might ask? There is just to many post boosting going around, when a new clan is created people simply type GL or good luck, this doesn’t add anything, if you’d really like to wish them good luck you could at least take the time to write some encouraging words with it. On other thread I’ve seen people simply writing a smiley when I reported it and it got deleted they justified it for being something positive and the post was put back. Ridiculous. The point I’m trying to get across that if they’d been serious with their post they would take the time to write a bit more, IMO most of the 1-2 word posts are only for post boosting.
Make a rule against having things with the requirement to like the thread etc.
Even though this isn’t a common problem I feel this should be a rule, it simply isn’t right to having to like the thread as a requirement for, for example to join a clan or a giveaway.
Have a certain group of moderators being able to inflict warning points on the forums.
Punishment isn’t common on the forums, people can just break the rules over and over again without being really punished except for having their rule breaking post getting deleted. I suggest giving the options for moderators to “apply” for forum moderator, they will as well with the higher-up staff be able to inflict warning points, of-course they will have to be trained for this.
Create a ban “panel” for Teamspeak.
Now, first off I’d like to say this is just an idea, I’m not entirely sure if this is possible but it would be great if it could be implemented.
People who break the rules on the Teamspeak will be banned for a certain period of time, although after they’ve sit out their ban they can just login to Teamspeak again under a different name and break the same rule again, without receiving a more severe punishment for breaking the rules multiple times ( since you can’t tell since they’ve got a different name ).
Now, I’d suggest to create a ban panel just like Xime for the Teamspeak, When a name is put in a bot will check the IP of user, and show their previous punishments, all the punishments will go through the panel, and the bot will automatically perform the punishments. This way it’s possible to create an easy to manage history of all the punishments on user, and people will be punished more severely for breaking the rules multiple times.
The hub is boring.
The current hub is boring and there is nothing to explore. I’m aware it was supposed to have no secrets/parcours at all so people would join games more often instead of hanging out in the Hub.
This takes away the community feel of a server. If it’s fun to be around in the hub, people will socialise more, friends will be created and people will also be going on the server just to talk with other people. While new players come onto the server and they look at the amazing hub with a lot of secrets and parcours they’ll feel the urge to explore, while doing so they’ll see people talking, they join into the conversation and will be immediately be more attracted towards the server.
Now I could go on about this for a long time, but I think I’ve got the point across already.

alright, I thought up a few more suggestions...
Make events for BOTH regions.
This is something which I'm a little bit irritated by. However I can understand that the staff is having a rough time with their meetings and such, it's simply unfair towards EU to have so many events being held on US on times which EU are usually asleep ( 12 PM+ ). Eitherway have the event be held at a time which EU could participate aswell, or have the event being held on both regions. I'm aware CA&AU are being left out here, but those regions simply don't have the population for big scale events.
Have a reward system for playing games.
Just like H1Z1 people should get a loot bag after finishing the game depending on how well they did. This would also be the only way to earn MCGamer credits in-game, I also feel this would increase the popularity of other gamemodes.
For example:
Winner of the game : Diamond Loot Bag
2-3 : Gold Loot Bag
4-6 : Iron Loot Bag
7-120 : Coal Loot Bag
The bags would contain random loot having some of the following :

I currently do not have any more suggestions, but feel free to put your own in the comments, if I feel it’s worthy to be implemented I’ll add it to the thread.
