DM Lag?

So, lately there is this weird bug that has happened to me in DM. Well, I go to DM, and the last guy is frozen on his pedestal, floating. I can't hit him. I checked, I didn't ghost, neither did the 2 others this happened to. Is this lag created by the transition from regular game to DM? Could someone please give me some insight on this if this has ever happened to you.

The only time I've seen this is when the other user has disconnected and/or crashed abnormally.

Well it happened to me the first time yesterday, then it happened again today.
