Or maybe I could switch to Linux, or something else? Or maybe just go with Window 7? Idk >.>
Agreed with micr2. Windows 7 is easy to use and is not as laggy with the GUI as with Vista or 8

Welp, it turns out I can't get everything on the list, so what parts will I be able to replace with for my current computer? Only the most important parts please.

Or should I just screw everything and buy a cheaper one pre-built from CyberPower or something? If so, which company should i trust and which computer should suit my needs?

Pre-built ones from Dell/Acer/etc. are absolute junk and have a flaw, one way or another.
Your build isn't bad at all, I would recommend replacing the graphics card with a GTX 550 Ti or above, and this harddrive: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/western-digital-internal-hard-drive-wd1002faex (nothing but good experience with WD thus far).
Beyond that, your build should work absolutely fine for you.

But the problem is my folks don't have enough money to get thus particular setup D:

Maybe I could save a few parts that I don't need to replace from my old computer and use them on the new one. That could cut down the cost I think.
