Ah, forgot AS was hosted in Singapore originally, makes more sense now. I still don't know anything about server hosting and Asia, but I'd think Okinawa or Hong Kong would do AS good substitutes, but then again, not sure

For the US servers, there really isn't any reason to move them around. We have the US Network on the West Coast, and the CA Network on the East Coast, but anyone in North America should be able to get at least decent ping to either network if they have decent internet, and by that point it's not our problem.

As for South Americans, we have been looking into the pricing of servers in South America from what I've heard, and hopefully a decision can be made because our South American population is growing quickly and we don't want to lose them.

TBH I feel like if you hosted servers in China, you would get a lot of 中国人是最好，美国人是最不好 and then some swear words which I can't say. Also I don't know but China is very restrictive, they might not let outgoing people play on the server because of the government rules etc. They've banned Facebook, Turkey or some country (I forgot) is trying to ban Minecraft, China may do the same.
