Invisible Glitch

Recently when I've been playing the players are sometimes invisible or flash on and off.
I don't know if this is a server glitch or a Minecraft in general glitch.

Has anyone else been having these problems?

It didn't happen to me at all so I suppose it's a bug from Minecraft, not MCG.
