Laptop broke?

So my asus laptop worked fine this morning. When o get home now I turn it on and the light shows its on but the screen is black, so I hold the power button to restart and when it does same problem. But this time it won't turn off either! Nothing works to turn it off

I'm worried af anyone know how to fix this

Have you tried taking out the battery, then putting it back in? Also, have you tried tilting the display in different angles?

Should be on the bottom of the computer, I do not know if yours screws in or something but it should be on the bottom.

This actually happened to me with my old computer I had to unfortunatly plug a HDMI cord from my laptop into a Tv and then had to play from there if that make sense

Thank you so much! It took me awhile to figure out what the battery was but I took it out reput in and looks like my pic is up. I can lock this
