I'm just curious, it seems like there are a ton of hackers on the servers at the moment, and I'm wondering what actually happens? We record the hacker, doing what they do best, create the report using evidence provided by ourselves of the hacker. Then proceed to make the report against them. This is what I'm wondering ...

When we get the reply saying the user has been dealt with appropriately, what does the 'appropriately' actually mean? Have they been banned? Have they not? We have no idea of knowing! Also, if the hacker has been banned, is it an instant thing after we get the reply on the report we made? Or does it take a day/few days to actually ban the hacker?

I'd prefer the questions to be answered by a mod or Sr.Mod, but anyone who knows what happens; a reply would be much appreciated.

Have a great day!

They say the user has been dealt with appropriately as that is what has happened. If they say the user has/hasn't been banned players will react to that mod in different ways. For example if they say the user hasn't been banned people rant saying mods don't do anything etc etc. Mods will ban players immediately when doing the reports if the evidence is sufficient.

This used to be the case, although this has recently changed. You'll get to know if the ban has been accepted or declined now, more information about this can be found in this thread : http://www.mcgamer.net/threads/repo...and-future-rewards.176363/page-2#post-1875836
