actually obelisk dropped out of the US Clan Leader boards cause they felt they couldn't uphold their position, I hope this clears up any misunderstanding

Im in what is now called nemesis, which is basically obelisk. We just talked it over. Powdski said that, not anthony. We wanted to stay on the leaderboards. We will just apply again, I guess.

This is correct. Even if your ELO is tied, the ranking on the thread determines who you can challenge. It's based on time in the leaderboards, and as the newest clan, you are at the bottom.
