Khan Academy my friend. xDHow can I fugure out question 2? I'm ij middle school
? Do I ask them the question?Khan Academy my friend. xD
If you want, or just go through their videos, they're really helpful. Go to the algebra 2 and geometry section.? Do I ask them the question?
May the best mathematician win.We have a 4 way tie from BassInYaFace , Hindsight , Lebron12 , and xX_CraftyCrafter03_Xx I will be PMing them with a tie breaker question. :3
On the other hand, some of you were wondering how to solve these, well at least the last problem. I picked out the best description, from BassInYaFace , as he briefly describes how he did each problem.
Problem #1
What is 952 times 412? it is 392224. No explanation needed, simple algebra.
Problem #2
A right triangle has a side of 2 cm, and an angle of 60 degrees. What are the distances of all three sides and measures of all three angles of the triangle? Simple trig. If one angle is 60 degrees, there is one that is 90 degrees, and one that is 30 degrees. It all equals 180. The ratio is 1:Square root of 3:2, which you should have learned by now. There is not enough information for you to finish the problem. I need to know what side. Smaller side answer: 2= short side, 2 x 2 = 4 so 4=Hypotenuse, 2 x Square root of 3 = Long side, long side= 3.46. Longer side answer: 2 = longer side, 2 divided square root of 3 = Smaller side, smaller side = about 1.15, 1.15 x 2= Hypotenuse, Hypot = about 2.3
Answer: Angles: 30 degrees, 60 degrees, 90 degrees. Sides: 2, 4, 3.46. OR to get technical with long sides: 1.15, 2.3, 2!
Problem #3
Hint, this is not as hard as it seems(Just know how logarithms work.)
HAHAHA i had the same question here let me explain:
Log is logarithm, won one is 11, ate one is 81, ate one too is 812
If you plug in the data values it works! Log 11 = 1.041...
log 81 = 1.90....
log 812 = DUN DUN DUN: 2.909556029!
P.S. Sorry for the double post.
