Doesn't necessarily mean they're hacking, like I said It's a warning system
to those who don't have contact for one another. EG. Teams, that are
actually dedicated on playing.

Again it cannot be "abused". It's a team operated system, besides being bountied 11/22 pts isn't much to worry about.
