Best Forum Website Maker?

Recently I opened a server with my friend. I was wondering if you guys knew any forum websites to use. I know Xenofor, but that is really expensive. Free would be great!

Enjin is probably the best free forums maker. It's meant for gaming forums, while most free forum building sites aren't geared towards gaming. I've ran a server's forums off of Enjin and I can say that it is the best free forum builder our there - for gaming, at least.

I ran a small Enjin forum. They're pretty nice if you can't afford XenForo (which is hard to afford unless you run a large revenue-attractive server) ^-^
