Been here for almost a year .. A lot of players have left MCSG because of 1.8 update. But sooner or later other servers like Badlion etc. will have to force-update their servers to the 1.8 and everyone will be back on the MCSG.

People didn't leave because of 1.8 people left because to most people it either got boring, they hated a lot of staff, they discovered better things, or they got banned. I did all 4 personally.

I'm early V2 when we still had to direct connect to the servers and had 1-50 servers in our server list. Back before all these maps that I have no idea where to find chests on. I miss those days.

I do too. The days it's at now just aren't worth my time.
