Well, here we are, i've been a moderator for 5 months today, and i also resign today. I've been mulling it over for the past few weeks and have come to my conclusion, it's come to an end. I rarely see myself opening minecraft anymore. I still handle reports, but a different mod would be more motivated to do more than i have, so i will let them have my spot.

This letter will include many things, starting with my minecraft history, when i joined MCGamer, my road to mod, and the end of me playing minecraft. While this is a resignation letter, this is also goodbye to the last thing that ties me to Minecraft, so i will finish it all here.

July 2010
When i was 10 years old, i purchase Minecraft. I had a terrible computer, and almost made my name something really bad, my call of duty clan name. The clan lasted for about 4 months after this, but i had been in the clan for some time. My computer was terrible, so i had to play with about 9 FPS, and single player, and i had to leave my computer because everytime it rained, i had around 3 FPS. I had later upgraded my laptop to a desktop, which was very bad, but a tons better than my laptop.

February 2012
When i was in the middle of 6th grade, some of my friends on xbox introduced me to somebody who actually went to my school, it was pretty weird. That person was William, Neriox, Crim, whatever he goes by now. We began on a server called TheHive. At the time we had no idea the server was EU, let alone what ping was, so we always assumed you couldn't hit people more than 3 blocks away and other people would lag, so they could hit us farther away. Believe it or not, at the time, i was better than zCrimsonAura at PvP. Always gonna hold on to that.

July 2013
As bad as a server as it was for me and Will to play on, we met some extremely cool people, which we later found out, they went to the same school and didn't know, much like me and Will. These two people Were MajesticSwag, or Julian, and Nick or Flowzify. We were fed up with Hive one day, and decided to try MCGamer, which was the laugh of a lot of hive players, but we knew what ping was, and we could all connect better to Arizona then we could to Europe. I joined and we all played 5 games today, i won 2 of them, and found out we were all actually good at PvP, we just needed to be able to land hits others could aswell. We needed to even the playing field. After realizing this, it was a no brainer. Goodbye Hive and hello MCGamer. Seven days later of enjoying the server, i purchased diamond donor. Since i was 13, and hoping to get mod in two years (15 was the requirement at the time) so i wanted to keep my record clean, i never considered hacking, never was rude to members, and avoided flame.

June 8th 2014
Nothing to significant happened until June 8th, i reached 100 wins, that was really it. On June 8th i believe, may be off a little, i purchased Platinum donor on MCGamer, flying and pets were super cool, same with colored text.

Becoming Mod.

September 2014
They lowered the age requirement, i no longer had to wait, i immediately applied, and messed up my app the first time, making it my second time to the interview stag in October.

October 4th 2014
The day prior, my waiting buddy Dylan and i gave eachother our numbers and stayed in the waiting room on shifts, it was rumored the Australian senior staff held interviews while we were sleeping, and we were really anxious for our interview so we were to call eachother if interviews began. I stayed up till 3 AM, called Dylan at 3 and told him i was going to bed, and he stayed up until 6 AM. There were no interviews on the 3rd. But on the 4th, Chandelle came down and told us interviews were to be held soon, because they recruited a new group of senior staff and were going to show them how interviews worked. I was the last interview called. Watching eight of my waiting buddies get accepted, and three of them declined, the two before me were declined and they were good friends of mine, which scared me. But KvnPlays helped me through my struggle, and he told me this. "Slime, don't worry, behind the computer screen these guys and girls are normal people like you, go in there with your best intentions and answer to the best of your ability, you got this." And Kvn really helped me with that, and i thats a big part of why i was accepted i think, confidence. When i was accepted, the senior staff moved me into the channel to play a joke on me, mess with me somehow to make me think i wasn't accepted, but i was. The whole time they were trolling me, i was AFK, and i came back when they said, Congrats on mod! Funniest thing was when they realized i wasn't there.

Being a Mod.

Being a mod takes time, and dedication, you have to be able to find the difference between hacks, ping, and skill. Or you have to be there to make sure you know what is crossing the line and what isn't, sexual or racist. Being a mod is fun, you meet a lot of people, make a lot of friends, and being a mod is tough work, but it is worth it, and if you are 14 years old, i strongly encourage you to try for mod, it is worth it.

Friends.
I met a lot of people, and many, already mentioned, got me where i am today, i'm gonna make a list of them.
Adragonfire - We never talked besides my interview, and i'd like to thank you one last time for accepting me.
Smashify_ - You were my best friend when i was on the Teamspeak, you and me had laughs and sometimes we made eachother cry we were laughing so hard, if i wasnt moved to pending, we would have never met, and i am so glad we did meet.
LittleLuna - Maddy, you were my waiting buddy with me and smash, it was a great run, but sadly i never saw you again after you were no longer mod, we just talked on kik.
CrimsonAura - You already know why you're in this.
Noah - Endermen dude, Endermen.

Everyone, sorry if i forgot you, i have a bad memory, you all meant so much, and i'm glad to say i was apart of this staff team and community, i guess this is it.

Hasta Luego Minecraft y MCGamer.
