Decent ratio?

I honestly don't think ratios mean anything. Ratios are something that can be messed with so much by a lot of factors... like boosting with friends.. playing super late at night with bad players... teaming all the time and the recent favorite.. is people using alt accounts or doing stat resets to get amazing ratios.

I've been fighting a lot of people lately with these like 1/2 or 50% ratios and they aren't even that great. I've fought people with like 15% ratios who can stomp me on occasion. Ratio really means nothing.

If you are like obsessed with your ratio like some people are, then i'd say anything really above 1/5 or 20% is pretty decent. Anything above 1/3 is great. If you have over 50% then you are just trying too hard xD.

I have a 1/4 ratio but it goes down really slowly because I win more games then that. Yeah anyways anything that is 1/1 - 1/5 is good 1/6 is decent

depends on the player. for good players with like 1000+ wins, shouldn't be to hard for them to get 1/3 while players with like 500 wins should try to aim for like 1/4.

just my opinion but i really don't see anything over 1/4 being that good. obviously there are players with bad ratios who are good but still in terms of getting a good ratio i think 1/4 is the cutoff point in which good separates from decent or meh ones

Well, there are those people that have like 2/3 ratios that tryhard all day. But those are the people w/more internet friends then real life ones xD

I have a pretty bad ratio (about 1/10.5) but it's better than all of my friends' ratios xD
I call a 1/7 player decent, 1/5 player good, 1/3 player legendary, and 1/2 player a booster.

A ratio, in this case, would be win/game, not win/loss. Jeez, that annoys me.

My ratio is like 1/7, mostly because my first win was at 500 games, lol. 2000 later, I'm at like 360 wins. I think that's not bad, and since I can usually destroy, PvP-wise, I'm not THAT bad.

well from what I was told, mr_gears is actually an alt account. Not sure how true that is or not. Not to mention he is almost always in a large team when I see him xD.

I'd say he was trying really hard around when he made a push for 4k wins xD. He's a cool dude none the less.

I really don't see where everyone gets this assumption that Gears has large teams comes from, it's literally just me and him 95% of the time. Don't worry, you'll push for 4k when you get there
