I go back up along the road, get the tier 2 in the cave at the far left, then go down the hole nearby into the sewers, and press a hidden button to access 2 more tier 2s

Right by the cave, there's a hole that you can just see water through.
I found the hole, and the secret lever. When you hit it, were do the chests come out?
No, you have to go through the hole opened up, and there will be a series of rooms, each with a tier 2.

Yeah, we'll a lot people go that route because its really good. And it's a secret button not lever..
No they are not, I have found iron and gold armor in all of them.
