We're currently running programs called Cleansweeps that are run on a schedule and aim to get rid of as many hackers as possible. We finished our EU-focused Cleansweep and it proved to be effective- we are currently running US and CA Cleansweeps now.

We are also bringing out Public Hacker Identification Sessions, which is an event run by the staff that teaches players how to correctly identify hackers. These sessions aim to inform the community with useful information on catching hackers.

Contrary to some of the community's beliefs, we are doing something about this problem. It's very difficult to have a server where there are no hackers as loopholes and workarounds are bound to develop, but we can try our best to make it as hacker-free as possible. Keep in mind, the staff's role in enforcing the rules isn't just exclusive to catching and dealing with hackers- we have to enforce the other rules as well so as to keep balance.
