Welcome To MCSG 1.8 PvP Tips & Tricks

So I guess you came here to get help with your pvp skills, im about to tell you some really good and useful strategies for MCSG 1.8 pvp.

First make sure you have a weapon to use. When you come into a sword fighting situation you always want to aim below there waist, if you hit them below the waste it will hit them up into the air and you will get at least a 2 to 3 hit combo.

Second When using the rod, unlike 1.7 the rod is not as effective as it had been(my opinion)when getting combos, its more difficult. When you rod make sure you use TIP 1 for max wombo combos.

Third when it comes down to a bow fight, on 1.8 an arrow shoots faster than on 1.7 so you can bow spam easier. The hit box on 1.8 is smaller than on 1.7 so you need to bow them closer to there body as possible.

Strafing & FnS are still the same as 1.7 no change in that area. Block hitting, I do not recommend it, some people say it works some don't. When I try it it doesn't seem to work for me so I do not try to use that strategy. Also I do not recommend going for crits unless you know you will win the fight, If you go in for a crit fight you will be jumping into the air which if the opponent is smart he will go and try to get the combo on you because you are lifted up into the air.

Thank you for ready my PvP tips and tricks, remember this is all my opinion

There's some questionable info here...

There already is heaps of threads for pvp tricks and tips but thanks for the post. ^^ I also agree, I'm not really sure whether they are true or not.

One thing that I'm wondering about is:

(Also, by the way, it's spelled "Waist," not "Waste." Different words.)

Is there really a difference on where you hit them? I've never really noticed any difference between hitting their head, torso, or legs. How did you discover this? What research did you do?
I'm not saying that it's not true - I'm simply trying to figure out if it is or isn't, because I've never heard anything about it, but if it IS true then it could vastly alter the way that some people PvP - and it could explain why some people are inherently better than others at PvP, due to their natural tendencies for certain hand movements that end up positioning their aim lower on the hitbox.

Have you seen Huahwi's tips and tricks? He aims at the waist usually.
And Grape aims for the feet when he shoots arrows.
