Greetings everyone,

Miner got declined on his interview for the second time. And no Staff i'm not complaining, there's always a reason behind, nobody would decline such a helpful member in this amazing community for no reason.

Miner, don't give up. You're funny, intelligent, helpful, interesting, generous! You'll get it one day, just believe in yourself. "If it is important to you, you will find a way to get it. If not you will find an excuse." And believe me Miner you're not that type of a person that's finding an excuse for anything. You're amazing Miner, and I'm actually fascinated how you accepted being declined for the second time. You joined the waiting room and told everybody that you love them. That really touched my heart Miner. I'm beyond grateful for having you Miner in this community.

Now before I finish this thread, I want to apologize to Nephilim for being immature and over reacting when Miner got declined. Sorry Neph if I ever started an argument without even me knowing it. And I want to thank AlpakaWhacker for giving me the Clean Sweep medal on the forums!

It certainly touches my heart to see the amount of support people give when under the circumstances, and my gratitude is beyond comprehension. I am absolutely thankful for those kind words. And I can guarantee that I will re-apply when I feel as if I am best ready. Also, it was painful to know that the community's reaction towards my declination was not the best, I did not want anyone to go frustrated at Nephilim or Razzledgirl over it. They certainly did a good job when it came to choosing whether or not I was worthy of becoming a staff member. Because who knows what could have happened if I got accepted without the necessary experience to prove myself worthy! And honestly, I absolutely enjoyed having my second interview, especially when it was with one of my most admirable administrators, and a lovely Senior Moderator to whom I well trusted. And I would also like to thank Jimmer for being there as well, because I know how amazing of a staff member he certainly is!
