If you're looking for a solid YouTube partner, it should be someone that you already know. Just having someone "sign up" will be hard because your videos will be rather awkward if the two of you don't know each other well.

Unless you are trying to make a cringe video you should just record with friends. It'll make it easier for you to commentate.
