After watching the video of the 2nd Deception games, I REALLY want to apply. I've been in an event before (The Community Games 5), but I don't want to apply until I know I can make it, as I have a schedule that gets changed and jiggled around loads ;-;

The actual game date will only be announced after all the tributes have been selected, the proxy system is there for if you cant make it on the day
