Name Changes

Do you believe that there should be a limitation to the amount of name changes a player can make aside from the one month wait? Such as being limited to only 2 - 3.

In my opinion I think it is fine the way it is. It gives you freedom with the amount of times you want to change your name. I don't think it will be abused because of the 30 day wait. I think the way they have done it is just fine, however I can see where you are coming from.

That freedom is what scares me. Because players have the ability to change their names on a monthly basis and will likely act on it, it makes it all the more harder for players to be recognized and remembered in my personal opinion from what I've noticed thus far.

That doesn't have anything to do with the name change being abused. If you don't change your name, you won't encounter any problems with people recognising you. If you do change your name you can expect that people will forget about you, as they are used in seeing a certain name, unless of-course you notify them about your name change.

Im saying if someone changed there name to like smashmaster732 (mines smashmaster731) they kinda are stealing your minecraft identity and its no big deal cause they can change back in a month. You know what mean?
