Shut Mcsg Down til bugs are fixed

lol every single donor friend I have talked to, says that glitch works. Try it once, do 1.8 NOT 1.8.1 and do /D IN THE HUB then join a game. If you do /d in a game AKA lobby, it does not work. You will be invisible to everyone if done properly.

I am not saying everyone has not experienced this I have just not seen what this glitch looks like in-game

weird cuz I haven't gone a game without at least 1 person doing this.

also, if you want to see it, I would gladly show you. I won't kill anyone cuz I don't wanna abuse this glitch, but I can at least show you, just going around punching ppl.

First of all, I think that completely shutting down the server is a no. Thousands of players get on MCGamer after school or throughout the day. We don't want to let them down. On the other hand, it might be possible to disable the disguise feature until it's fixed. I am going to be going around the network fishing for bugs to report. If you find any, please report them the bug tracker.

Regarding reverting back to 1.7, I have a few things to say. When we upgraded to 1.7, so many people were angry and upset and now you guys don't want us to go back. With the capabilities Minecraft gives to Multiplayer Servers, we can fix some of the issues you guys see using our own code. Additionally, 1.8 will and is allow(ing) us to use some new features like spectator mode, new blocks for maps, etc. Finally, it will make it a lot easier for the developers to code on one system, which may even get the Leaderboards Update finished faster.

lol what are u saying everyone after school plays CS:GO. Like, literally, the only thing everyone plays anymore is CS:GO and League, because they're great games. Most people that used to play a lot of MCSG have now quit for better games (Come at me MC fanboys ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)). 3-4 days with the MCSG servers being down is not that much... Just fix some serious bugs and then put MCSG back online. No one's really going to kill themselves just because a server in a video game is down for a few days. There are other servers they can play on too. If you just make a thread before closing the servers for 3-4 days and explaining why you're doing it, I think a lot of people may understand.
Also, excuse me for any grammatical mistakes or misunterstandings, I'm currently reading for House Economics tests(-ish) and I feel brain-dead...

Wow normally I wouldn't agree with a thread like this I also have not experienced it myself yet but when a top player comes out and says its this bad its kinda believable.

It has gotten better since the mods are now punishing for it. Although they will not tell us what the punishment is for it.

Ikr I don't really play LOL or CS:GO but I have around 50 steam games, MCSG isn't the only game. I love to play RPGs and they take up tons of time. I think you can live without a day of MCSG . So maybe they should shut the servers down for a bit? Who know maybe the leaderboards update will even get here sooner?

It has gotten better since the mods are now punishing for it. Although they will not tell us what the punishment is for it.

This update has completely messed up the game for me. And yes, ping is exactly accuret.
when i fight someone. i cant see them. its unplayable. just stick to 1.7 and everyone will be happy.

Okay, in my opinion this is a bad idea , because i (As some people) really enjoy playing MCSG after high school , and earlier , someone said that "LoL" or "CS:GO" are better games than MC , don't call me MC Fanboy , but i have both of these games , and some more in steam and i really prefer playing Minecraft.

But maybe you're right , some bugs are very annoying... But i don't really think MCSG must shut down for solve them , MCG always had some bugs , and it never (I believe) shut down for that reason.
