You can also tell who has died by who has left the server and checking TAB during the game, seeing if there are any pros left that you might have to deal with.

It likely won't be implemented because the system is meant so there is more mystery and paranoia on who killed whom, and who is the powerful one. If you saw that one guy was killing everyone, you'd know there was a guy in very good gear. That's not the point of it.
