Yep, they have tons on money. That's why they are struggling to afford the current servers.MCSG have plenty of money for servers, and also, they have 6 unused EU Servers...
If you truly were basing it off the movie, thay had an opportunity to train. It wasn't just jumping into it with no practice whatsoever, they has the opportunity to train their skills. With this you would have to think how could you restrict access to only "noobs", how would the plugin determine that one is a "noob" if there was no way then it would just be a normal game with no points or wins. Then you also have to think about when the MCSG is based off, which is the move Hunger Games. If you have watched or read the book you would know that the upper classed fighters were trained and new the skills on how to win the games, and the lower class people knew little to nothing. They didn't get a little area to them selves to learn before they joined, they were able to form team and discuss tactics with other which is what ever community would like is communication with other players you don't know this way your learning new routes, new pvp skills ect. Which now brings me to the next point, I personally play games for fun, wether you lose a game or win one each game you learn more skills, and learn more information about other players which helps you gain an understanding on how to play and how to win.
EDIT: This would also mean more server to add to the endless fees of paying for hosts.
Well, a reason I wouldn't join is if I'm not in the mood for losing any of my points. The main reason I would go on the practice server though is to try maps I don't otherwise play very often.Well I actually think it would be a good idea to get a practice server. And if its "to much money" to get another server, steal one from EU. lol idk. I dont think all of you defaults know the financial situation of chad and the donations either.
Either way, I still think its a good idea.
Not necessary, but I like it.
And maybe after so many wins you cant join it anymore. Otherwise its first come first serve but hopefully skilled players wouldnt do it because it dosnt give them points or count towards leaderboard wins.
