I'd like to add, a really cool rule.
Basically revealing your disguise could be banable.

Abuse has to be directed at someone, or blatantly obvious that it's being directed at someone. For this reason, a normal screenshots of chat wouldn't be able to prove that. Plus, abuse isn't just something like 'you're stupid' or similar. It's more like '{insert name here} you are a {insert abusive/curse word here} or similar. I personally think that saying 'eZ, rekt, l2p, noob, etc' should be a completely different offense called trashtalking and it should be similar to the punishments for spam/chat flooding (which I cannot tell you what those are).

If enforcing the rule wasn't an issue, I'd want to see, "Breaking the rules will result in a punch to your gut and a call to your parents".
