so i just lookin on forum, and i see lots of troll accounts.
many are xqer many are all llama and camel accounts, many are obvious, many r annoyin, many r dumb
so y does mod no ban them is my question

As Moderators, we're unable to delete/ban forum accounts. But if we are completely sure that an account is a troll, then we can report it to higher-ups.

wel it is pretty obvious all the llama accounts are, they all mimics of the real person advantage. and etc

Well advantage didn't do anything wrong but he was a troll account so I believe it part of the rule no troll account
