I agree, Just reinstall Minecraft. If it doesnt work perhaps you should reinstall windows.

I can get on orchestra but any sg server like any i cant go on

Welk that makes it even stranger...
Have you tried addind the minecraft port to your exceptions in your Firewall?
And you might also want to check if no ports are blocked in your router settings

i cant access my router setting cuz dad wont let me but i asked if he did anything.... ima check the port in firewalls again... do u think this could be the cause of the nbn

Welk I'm confused that you can connect to several minecraft server while you can't connect to others. That means that the minecraft port should be available and that something else is blocking you from connecting to those certain minecraft servers. As I've never had this before I would suggest to ask your dad to see what is blocked in the router settings.
