Optifine Problems

Hey MCSG Gamers;
I have been apart of minecraft for a very long time and generally know a lot about mods and all things minecraft except optifine. One problem i run into is the installation, after downloading optifine (using Winrar)
i right clicked and pressed open with... but open with JAVA doesnt show up which is essential in the installation. Honestly i dont know how i installed it before on previous PC's, but why is JAVA not an option please help!

Optifine literally gives you a installer....just open it normally and it will install a profile for you .=.

When i open the file it doesnt install a profile because on winrar it opens a winrar file? so thats where the problem lies.

i can but i dont know what to do with the files tat show up ( alot of codes shown a a fold after extracting)

i read it but my optifine shows up as WINRAR and not a java icon!

Hey Chrisp and Bcuz, i really apricate the help, but i finally figured it out it turns out i forgot that the istalliation of JAVA on my PC was critical to run the optifine installer. Thanks for the feedback and i hope to see you guys in the hunger games!
