I'm going to be honest, but these computer is trying to be a cheap copy of any Macbook. Though, the price is pretty low, and can easily be said that you're paying for what you get; even Macbook's are better than that (even when you're paying more for what you get, but its worth it).

Intel Atom with 1.33 Ghz won't really handle Minecraft.

For a gaming computer, you're looking to buy CPU with a lot of Ghz. Ghz just make it so you lag less and can do more; in Minecraft's case, if you don't want lag, getting a good CPU would be good.
Any Intel Pentium or Intel i5 and above with 3.0+ Ghz and quad-core should suffice.

2GB of RAM won't suffice.

These days, if you want a long-lasting PC, or even any type of long-lasting computer that you plan to use heavily, having more than 4GB of RAM is a must.

32 GB of SSD

SSD: Way to go. 32 Gb's: Not really enough.
SSD's are a must now a days. They're small, conventional and have extremely fast speeds. 32 GB's simply won't last you.

This computer is really based as a school computer. A computer that will be lightly used. Even so, I would still recommend a Macbook Air for a school computer rather than this.

Again, you're more or less paying for what you get, but I don't recommend spending your money (or your parents money, rather) on this computer. Better save up and buy something better.
If you're into Macs, buy one! Most Mac desktop computers (beside the cheapest iMac and Mac Mini) can play games at a nice pace.
