Periwinkle- Is it more blue or purple?

It really does depend on what it looks like, me as-well, I have seen more purple kinds of periwinkle, and I have seen more blue kinds as-well

Pretty sure it's supposed to be, but then you have to go into the case of what type of blue, what type of purple, but generally it's supposed to be.
