Yeah, that is a good build but way to expensive for what you're getting. Here is what I am going to be getting soon: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/ButterScottch/saved/NNNWGX. I would recommend adding on what you wish to have to that so you aren't spending that much.

• Some Intel X79 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Ivy Bridge-E CPUs.
• The G.Skill Ripjaws Z Series 32GB (4 x 8GB) DDR3-2400 Memory operating voltage of 1.65V exceeds the Intel Ivy Bridge-E CPU recommended maximum of 1.5V+5% (1.575V). This memory module may run at a reduced clock rate to meet the 1.5V voltage recommendation, or may require running at a voltage greater than the Intel recommended maximum.

I would get one better card rather than two 780s. Also you are never going to need more than 16 gb of ram for gaming, even 16 is overkill. And the case will probably come with a few case fans so you probably don't need any of those either.
